Wenger BLOCKED Nicklas Bendtner’s exit from Arsenal!

I personally don’t ever want to see the Stupid Fat Dane Nicklas Bendtner playing for Arsenal again, but it seems that despite his non-scoring, bimbo-loving, fast-car lifestyle, Arsene Wenger has decided to keep him at Arsenal to make up the numbers. The deal with Palace was all arranged, with Arsenal even, according to media sources like Metro, offering to PAY 3 million to the BSiTW so he didn’t get hit with a pay-cu t, but because Wenger failed to get a striker on loan (Demba Ba?) he has kept Bendtner as backup to Olivier Giroud and Lukas Podolski! The Palace manager Ian Holloway let the cat out of the bag to Goal.com last night when he said: “The deal is very close but a lot rests on what Arsenal are going to do,” “If they sign a replacement then it will definitely happen.” But it looks like Jose Mourinho refused to let Ba move across London to the Emirates and Wenger had no choice but to pull the plug on Bendtner….. This smacks of desperation, and with Podolski injured for up to ten weeks, we only have Giroud as a recognised centre-forward, and surely he can’t carry on playing two games a week during the intense first half of the season? I’m not sure but I think Wenger could still get a loan deal after the window has shut (or sign a player that is out of contract) but his choices are going to be severely limited compared to the open market. Will ANY Arsenal supporters be happy to see Bendtner playing for us again? Even if it is only in the Cup games?
