Bendtner scores as Arsenal players have good international matches

After the first round of international games, Arsenal
fans can relax a little, because the main news is that
no more players got injured. The squad is already
missing too many, but the imminent return of Santi
Cazorla, Theo Walcott and more will give a great
boost to an in-form team, so as long as the players on
international duty come back fit, things are looking
good for the Gunners.
Nicklas Bendtner certainly had a good night, scoring
twice on his return to the Denmark side following a
ban. His double nearly led them to famous win over
Italy, but they were denied by a last minute
equalizer. Good news for Bendtner and Arsenal
though.
Olivier Giroud also scored two as France pasted
Australia 6-0 in a friendly. The Arsenal striker was
replaced by Benzema at half time, but he will be well
pleased with his night's work. Koscielny missed the
game after getting a knock in training, apparently,
but he is said to be fine for their game on Tuesday.
Mesut Ozil scored a late third for Germany, as they
beat Ireland 3-0.. He and Mertesacker played the
whole game and are fine. Aaron Ramsey also played
the full 90 minutes in Wales' 1-0 win over Macedonia.
He also won and took a penalty that was saved. Jack
Wilshere came on late for England and did some
good things, but will be disappointed not to have
started, although the win does make his ticket to the
World Cup almost booked.
