Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Mohamed Sissoko has
left the Ligue 1 champions by mutual consent, which
has opened the door for Arsenal to make a move and
land his services for nothing.
“Paris Saint-Germain and Mohamed Sissoko
have mutually agreed process of resolving the
contract, allowing the player to register a new
contract with a European club.” (PSG website)
Players can still sign for clubs outside the transfer
window as long as they left the club before the
deadline and the Gunners could still make a move for
the free agent as they need a slid unit in the centre
of the park
